CTP plate
The aluminum PS base plate produced by Zhongxin Aluminum include 1050 aluminum plate, 1060 aluminum plate and 1070 aluminum plate alloy. The aluminum content is ≥99.50%, ≥99.60%, ≥99.70%, respectively. It has the advantages of low density, high strength, moderate wear resistance, good shape, good hydrophilicity, high stability and good surface treatment. It has become an indisputable high-quality PS/CTP plate substrate.
Application Advantages:
The PS version is pre-coated with a photosensitive plate, which is an aluminum plate for printing; the CTP plate is a computer-made plate, which is a high-end product of the PS plate. It has the advantages of high printing quality, strong printing resistance, environmental friendliness, cleanliness and reasonable cost.
